“Since i’ve been to Marty’s, I will not take my car anywhere else. I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. I highly recommend Marty’s auto repair!”

Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic.”
