“Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. My vehicle was rear ended and pushed in bad I tried to spray paint it and they were able to fix my mistake thank you but when others said it wasn’t worth it they made it worth it I recommended this place for every one. “I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.
3D Collision Centers in Wayne has a complete roster of dedicated, hard-working customer service reps and techs. Rob Mestichelli is a tremendous asset to this organization. His office colleague, Jeff Swarz, is also a very friendly and helpful representative of this extraordinary organization.

This is a family owned customer oriented shop with excellent credentials. Don & his team are exceedingly informative & friendly.
Guldner’s was half the price of Caliber Collision (who did shoddy work on a previous vehicle). This type of repair takes a lot of time due to the nature of the work. Dons team worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. You could not tell that the truck had been damaged at all. Paint match was perfect and Don also removed a tiny ding in my door and covered a deep ugly scratch. When I picked up my truck it was shining (I left it covered in mud) inside & out. They even scrubbed my floor mats!
This is the type of old fashioned customer service that is nearly impossible to find today.
Kudos to yourself & your team Don. I could not need be happier & will never use any other shop.

Pulled up to Marty’s on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re in the city and want somewhere quick, reliable, and responsible!!”
“Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”
