I was finally able to get the real one for the orginal price and I can give it to her for Valentine’s Day now. The packaging it came in was so cute and it even came with some gummy nerd clusters. “I bought a pkg of 8 leaf shaped soaps for my bathroom.They are a great size!!! And so so colorful! The scent was of mychoice…applejack. Sooooo yummy smelling. The service was great and they arrived so quickly. This business is a keeper for sure!!! To boot, they sent me a free gift. Won’t say what it is.You have to buy from them yourself and find out. Not only did they rectify the issue promptly, but someone from their team personally reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution.
They went above and beyond to make things right, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. The replacement arrangement was beautifully done, fresh, and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really counts, and they exceeded my expectations.

“I’m super happy to say that Dana from the State St. Media, PA, Edible location has been extremely responsive and helpful after I had an issue with some of the store staff. My mom had just passed away and an issue with delivery occurred and I called the store. After poor customer service from a staff member, I obtained assistance from the store owner, Dana, who sent a new bouquet (actually for my daughter from her friends due to her grandmother’s passing). Dana also assured me that no other customer should or would endure the treatment that I had (which was my main concern in actually contacting an owner). Dana was extremely compassionate and understanding during a hard time for our family. I strongly recommend this store as the owners obviously care about excellent customer service!!! Thank you Dana!!!!”
