“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“The Claymont Delaware Post Office is great. Friendly employees, easy free parking and always open during posted business hours. I drive from Aston PA and pass 2 other Post Offices just to visit this one. During the past few snow storms my 2 local Post Offices were closed. Especially the Aston location which always seems to open late.”

It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. “I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. Thanks so much yall!”

“What a wonderful post office! Bigger inside than it looks, very pleasant PO employees, quiet, never a (long) wait. Parking lot can get a little busy as there are only about 10 spots, but the supermarket next door has a bigger parking lot if needed.
Another world from some of the busier/less organized branches (20th & Chestnut, I’m looking at you) I used to have no other choice for post office services.”
“I dropped off a package this morning at this location. The post office was open right on time and the postal worker couldn't have been more attentive and courteous. I asked for some fixed-rate Priority Mail boxes and he made it a point to double-check that they were fixed-rate boxes instead of just small Priority Mail boxes. We should take the time to commend people when it's warranted instead of just complaining.”
