The owner the staff to include the bartenders are five star when it comes to customer service when it comes to working with you when it comes to giving you ideas to help you plan whatever event you’re booking for. I strongly recommend for everyone to book At this place. We had a ball from beginning to end. The pricing is perfect. The flow of the night was a Beautiful dream. “Ceremony off site but reception at terrain! And I meannnnn, idk, what can’t I say about them?! Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing. Guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was (shoutout to the chefs!), drinks were amazing (people said the espresso martini was the best they’ve ever had!), and just their overall experience. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how great the day was. My husband and I’s experience was also amazing from the moment we toured. We got Eileen as our event manager and she truly needs a review of her own but hands down the best person ever, she was so organized, and also very personable. She literally handled any and all hiccups that happened along the way (like when my photobooth didnt show up) and she found a solution instantly, I am so grateful for her. Fernanda my wedding attendant was also amazing, whole staff honestly was great. Terrain was the most perfect reception space for us and we (along with all of our guests) wish we could do it all over again!! It was truly the best day. Will be coming back to the cafe for many anniversary years to come ?”
“The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was everything we could have dreamed of and more for our wedding day. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator, Jordan made us feel genuinely cared for, paying attention to every detail and making the planning process feel effortless every step of the way. As the big day approached, Nikki, our incredible maître d’, was our calm in the chaos. She ensured everything ran flawlessly and allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment without stress. Her assistant Ashley and our bridal attendant Sydney were beyond attentive, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. On top of all of that, our guests are still raving about the food — from cocktail hour to dinner, everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The level of love, care, and professionalism shown by the entire team is something we will never forget. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more — it made our wedding day absolutely perfect.”
“I had such a wonderful afternoon exploring this place recently. The grounds are absolutely massive and incredibly well-maintained, with so many different paths to wander through and discover. It was the perfect escape to get out into nature for a while, and the diversity of the trees and plants is really impressive. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a peaceful and scenic spot to spend some time outdoors.”

“My first wedding and reception took place here. It is a beautiful location. The Atmosphere is wonderful. They offer a selection of caterers and bands. Our Minister blessed our wedding and our wedding dinner. We had 100 guests. A friend of ours played the flute as a prelude to our wedding and as our wedding party walked up the aisle. We had a four course dinner and 3 dessert options. The band played marvelously.”
“Went for a wedding at the Parque venue it was a wonderful experience I enjoyed it very much. I just wish there was just more information about the house and the grounds on hand. One eventually found a little booklet which told me all about it very interesting. Good little day trip to see the grounds. FYI..there is no wifi & cell phone service was sporadic on AT&T and our friend who had Verizon was the same.”

“We have had our high school swim team banquet in the VIP room for the past 9 years and it's always a big hit! All the swimmers and their families, especially the little brothers and sisters, enjoy all the games and the fun atmosphere. Being able to bring our own food and beverages makes it affordable. We have also had a few graduation parties in the VIP room and again, everyone has a great time and loves having fun while celebrating!”

“A lovely venue with warm and caring staff!
The team here is phenomenal. I honestly felt like I was being cared for by my own family before and the day of our wedding. Jenn is hands down the sweetest, most down to earth and no nonsense planner ever - ensuring our day went smoothly. If there were any snags in the day, I wouldn't know because Jenn had it handled already!
I also feel grateful for her little pep-talk before I walked down the aisle - calmed the nerves easily.
The food is fantastic and plentiful and I'm still hearing praise from the guests about the food. My nephews figured out how to maximize cocktail hour apps, finding a cozy little spot by the kitchen - ready to pounce on the next platter that went out!
Our attendant Karen, was so kind in making sure myself and my husband were well fed. My family and guests felt so cared for by all the catering staff - I wish I had gotten all their names, because they deserve all the recognition!
Kevin and Jenn (& co.) made sure the dinner service went on without any difficulties - and with some well fed guests, everyone was ready to dance and party the night away. Our guests really enjoyed the unique location and feel of the space - made more lovely by all the people in it.
I highly recommend this venue for any soon to be wed couples out there!”

“PENDLE Hill is historic ( read: a bit funky from a loving califorian perspective)..But you can feel the vibe/ feng shui left by generations of devoted retreatants of diverse denominations. And the current staff is dedicated , hardworking and warm. They create a good foundation for any kind of retreat or group experience.And the grounds too are lovely frequented by many birds. deer etc”
“Good evening Family. I visited the Ardmore Food Pantry today with my neighbor, Sadie. Ardmore Food pantry is in St Mary's. This was my first time. We were required to bring our own shopping bags. St Mary's serves the community on Mondays 10:30 am to noon and 5:30 to 7pm also on Mondays. They also serve a delicious dinner at 5:30 pm. They have tickets for a raffle which you do not have to purchase and you win prizes. They have free coffee, cookie bars, Danish and blueberries and strawberries to sample before you gather your free items of food. Everyone is very friendly here. We sat around the breakfast table first then we sat at the table #5. They call each table and then you get up with your bags and collect your food and place in your bag. They have volunteers to hand out and monitor each person obtaining their food choices. There are rest rooms here. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. I had a good experience today. Have a good night, be active and mobile especially for people over the age of 50 years.”

“I recently got married at Anthony Wayne House - what a wonderful experience! I could not have asked for a better wedding venue or overall experience. Lynn was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was prompt when answering our questions and made sure our wedding day went seamlessly. She helped to make our wedding planning easy and stress-free. It did end up raining right before our ceremony started, however Lynn was able to quickly and efficiently coordinate having the ceremony inside - it turned out perfect! Jeffery A. Miller (JAM) Hospitality Group was also amazing. The food was fantastic and the service was incredible. The venue itself was stunning and made for an unforgettable night!”

“Potential renters need to understand that this is a special, historical, volunteer-run venue and they have specific reasons for what they expect, what they do and how they do it because they're a non-profit. Yes, there are three lavatories, the kitchen is in the basement, and it's best for intimate celebrations - they're upfront about these things. If the space doesn't work for your needs, there are plenty of Red Lobsters, VFW's, and country club spaces you can rent in the area. Don't blame them for being a non-profit with limited hours - the women running the space do the best they can while being full-time professionals and mothers. My daughter-in-law had her reception here years ago and it was lovely. She read the rules, asked good questions and reached out in a timely manner. No venue is perfect, but the Saturday Club is a piece of history and you should feel honored that it exists for you to make memories in.”
“Last summer my fiancé, Mom and I toured Ridgeland Mansion and we fell in love with it immediately. We had our wedding this past Saturday, 8/30/25. The mansion is the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia and is truly a hidden gem.
A few things that stood out to us:
• Location – It’s right in Philly, tucked away in West Fairmount near The Mann, but does not feel like you’re anywhere near the city. We wanted close to where we live and our families but not a city feel.
• Flow – The layout was so natural. You enter from one side and move through the spaces as the evening goes on—it just makes sense and feels effortless.
• Privacy – Only one wedding happens at a time, which meant the entire property was ours for the day. We had the mansion (where we got ready), the barn, and the tented reception space.
• Hospitality – From the very beginning, Jenn was such a joy to work with. We shared our budget and she went above and beyond to make our day truly amazing. Her entire team deserves a shout-out too—every single person was so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special.
We also held our rehearsal dinner at the venue, the night before, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free on the wedding day.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was—it was the perfect place to celebrate, and Jenn and her team made it unforgettable.”

“Warehouse3Live is such a fabulous, funky, intimate space, and I’m already looking forward to returning again and again. I had a great time dancing to the incredible band, and it was so fun to see others join in too.
It can be a little tricky to find the first time. We ended up walking down the sidewalk between the apartments and the post office, then found it on the other side of the postal trucks. For next time, I’ll set my GPS to the Celia Bookshop and walk past the beautiful mural straight to the sticker-covered door.
The venue is BYOB and offers water, other beverages, snacks, and popcorn for a fair donation. Such a great vibe all around. A true hidden gem ✨”
