“We called from out of state looking for a very particular mothers' day gag gift - on mothers' day - and wow did they deliver! Pat from the greenhouse is a national treasure. We asked for the smallest, ugliest, Charlie Brown citrus tree they had in stock, and Pat understood the assignment perfectly. She took the time to find the most hideous little tree, slapped an ugly bow and a personalized note on it, and even delivered it locally.
What a delightful experience to be on the phone when it arrived at our mother's door. Her exasperated laugh was worth every penny of the very reasonable price. The tree is ugly as hell but perfectly healthy, even has a few sad little limes on it. Now our mother will feel obligated to keep it and love it forever.

“I went here 5-6 years ago and it is such an awesome place! I love bonsai but live in Texas and there are no bonsai nurseries within 500 miles of my home...I have to order from online stores. I purchased a ficus that was 14" high, had a trunk that was 5" thick, had beautiful branches perfectly grafted, beautiful nebari...a tree that a big online site site would've charged 2000$ for they sold to me for 350$. They have hundreds or thousands of trees, maples, tropical, conifer, deciduous, evergreen. The owner was so cool and down to earth, I'm very amateur at bonsai, it was like talking to a rock star. We were talking about akadama and I said I used it as a topper, he said he did too...I'll always remember that. I'm going on and on bc I can't wait to visit my family in Harrisburg so I can go to this store with 5000$ and spend all day there buying stuff...loved this place! I recommend going here even if it's a 5-hr drive, it'll be worth it.”

“Had a problem with a brand new dewalt mower I had bought less than a month ago. Talked with CC in customer service . While disappointed in the lack of help on getting the mower back I was happy with my conversation with her. She was professional and polite. It’s the policy that is bad and not her fault. After arriving back to the store Diane and Mike were amazing. Wonderful help from them . Diane knew her product and Mike was so helpful. Some very good employees. Too bad the policies aren’t as good.”
