“I had a locked rear caliper on my 10 yo Jeep. Called to make an appointment and a friendly staff member worked with me to find the best time for both of us. This has been my experience every time at this store for many years now. This is most likely why they always exceed their ETA of when the work will be completed. I am confident they would call me if anything other than what was agreed on changed. Never happened to me. This time was no different. I dropped the Jeep off the night before. They called me after inspecting what I described to explain and offer options. (They found other issues and I agreed they needed to be fixed.). Understanding unpredictable possibilities with parts delivery, I wasn't expecting the Jeep to be ready until at least the next day. I was very pleased when they called at 4pm the same day. I very rarely post reviews. This place deserves a pat on the back. Great job as always. Thank you.”

“I didn't buy my 2025 Mazda here, but I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a really good experience. A little longer of a wait than I would prefer, about 1:00. But the service department people were efficient and good. Lauryn was kind and professional. “Okay so I purchased a vehicle and after two hours of having it the check engine light popped up! Went to a shop (No name needed) they sent us away talking about I would need to make an appointment! Drove down a little and came across Walt's auto shop.My babez walked in and immediately walked back to tell me Deb will be bringing in my car. We wanted car to be scanned to find out why was the check engine light on being that we just purchased the vehicle.Walt scanned and told us everything that was going on with vehicle. Went through the car extensly and diagnosed the issues.They gave their honest opinions and was still willing to do an inspection if I chose to keep. They were super sweet,honest,and welcoming the whole time there! They were willing to talk to the dealership that I purchased car from. “So I have a lifted ram truck and I went to three different automotive facilities to do an alignment and everyone turned me down. Everyone was too scared to work on a lifted truck. Not only did they do the job, but they did it with confidence. I have so much trust in this place, That I’m willing to travel from Nazareth where I am all the way up to Stroudsburg just so they can work on my vehicle again. Please let me tell you about Motts! I have been going there for over 14 years and I still have the same car! Yes, my car is 15 years old! Even though Skip has left and turned the business over to Jeff, they are still the best, most trustworthy car repair shop in the Poconos! I really don't understand the negative reviews posted here, there has to be something missing! They have never steered me wrong, never tell me I need anything fixed unless it's necessary and always ask me first before they fix anything! Take my advice, go to Motts before you go somewhere else, you won't be disappointed!”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! They really saved our Christmas… what started off as a fun and exciting drive to NYC for the holidays turned into a disaster early morning Christmas Eve. Our truck became non-drivable going up into the Pocono mountains . We were desperate and scared… we pulled of the first exit we could and low and behold was “ best auto service “ with such warming and welcoming staff. They were able to ease our pains and got us back on the road in no time. The staff made sure we were staff to continue our journey. Gave us a warm place to wait, while they fixed our truck. They were so considerate of us… you really don’t get that service too often now a days. Thank you so so so much…”
