“I ordered a box of SPA from them and it arrived two days early. A lot of the cards were poor quality but that’s by no means Steel City’s fault that’s is completely on Upper Decks quality control 10/10 Steel City will be one of my go to’s for hockey cards”
“I come to this store religiously. They have such an amazing selection for any level of gamer. They stay up to date in the latest releases while also working on highlighting smaller and local designers. They have a section on puzzles or rpg books for those not as into the games. You can even find a few gems in their previously owned games section. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help. They’ve kicked off their demos as well and are teaching games to those who stop on. 10/10 would recommend.”

Their selection of rc's, especially the tenths, eighteenth, and twenty fourth scale crawlers that I love was amazing, and they even had a HUGE inventory of aftermarket parts AND an SWEET micro crawl course.Sadly the micro crawl course will officially open the day after I leave! “Really great place to buy collectable cards. They sell individuals cards so if you are on need a a particular card to complete you plating deck then this is the place to shop. I'm not 100% positive about this but I do believe if they do not have that 1 card in stock in the store they do have a computer for customers to find that card online. They also do tournaments i think daily during the evenings for all the popular card games and they do give out prizes.”

“This one at the waterfront seems to have a good selection of yarns, paints, frames and canvas. The clearance isle is always overflowing. People in Pittsburgh aren't crafty. We just pretend and forget. So there is always a huge selection of things down there.”
“Michaels at this location has a good selection sometimes even better than other Michaels locations. This store is a distance, but not far from where I live, and it does not have the clearance for jewelry making products like other Michaels do either, which in my opinion, is a good thing because you will always be getting something at this store.”

“I used the Michaels app in the store to find mostly what I needed, but couldn't find the last item. Just then a sales associate came walking around the bend, I asked her where I could find the item, she pointed it out to me, grabbed it & went up to check out. The same assoc was having a conversation w/another assoc, she broke off her conversation & promptly rang me out! Haven't had that happen since the whole pandemic happened!! That they put the customer 1st.!!”
“I arrived at 9:00a sharp when they opened to have a historical item framed. Special framing was required. I pressed the buzzer thing at that department 3-4 times, but no one came to assist me. The framing person finally arrived at 9:15.All was forgiven because he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with optional ideas. Bottom line, 15 minutes wasn't the end of the world for me and was well worth the wait.”
“I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid to buy Pokemon cards, my father use to bring me here after work. The same guy John has been here forever very knowledgeable on anything card related. Gives me that mom and pop store vibe witch is very nice in today's society. After all these years I came back to buy more Pokemon and not only did he have what I was looking for but his selection is amazing, and very reasonable. As I was buying my cards I was very surprised he remembered my dad I didn't think he would remember me let alone my dad who passed 3yrs ago. Everytime I come in here I feel at home I never feel ripped off and I always find a great conversation. I highly recommend this place for any serious collector. Good things don't come easy he's only there Saturday and Monday but it's proof that rare things are always a great find. “I love this place, definitely a lot of cool stuff and different booths to scour through. I love looking at the old jewelry and the 2000s toys. Most booths are pretty organized. I did end up with a few pairs of earrings and a S&P set. I'll definitely be back before Christmas to hunt for my famous pink bulbs.”
“It doesn't matter how many times I show up at this store or what time of day, I swear Kari must work there 24 hours a day. She ALWAYS manages to be there, and she stops by and makes sure I found everything ok, and that's in the middle of diligently stocking shelves and working hard. She never acts like I'm taking up too much of her time. When I ask her dumb questions like "where is XX?" and I'm actually standing right beside XX, she's always really helpful and up for a good chuckle. Haven't been so impressed with an employee at a store in quite some time. Kudos to Kari! Michael's, hang onto this one!”

“I really enjoyed visiting this store. They have a great selection of autographed memorabilia, comics, Funko Pops, and more. The 2 guys there were really friendly and knowledgable about memorabilia. I spent a lot of time browsing through the store and was never rushed. I ended up picking up a few autographed pieces and left very happy.
