Although they were down a technician and couldn’t fit us into the schedule, John from the service department took the time to diagnose the problem himself. He then made a phone call and got us in with another local shop that had the necessary parts. He was kind, compassionate, and genuinely wanted to help us get back on the road. This was our second time having car trouble on this trip (two completely unrelated issues), and people like John have turned what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into one that reminded us how much kindness still exists. “My tire popped and i was using my spare for way too long i showed up at kents i bought a new/used tire from him he put it on my rim for me for i think 25 dollars so i got the tire and service for $25.00 and that was almost a year ago and the tire is still going strong highly recommend thanks kent”

“Very good experience. Went in because I was told by another mechanic I needed back brakes. Andy showed me I didn't need brakes, shaved my front ones so they would squeak and sent me on my way. Even with doing what he did I wasn't charged. The shop does state inspections, oil changes and brakes as far as I know. There was a paper in the shop also saying they will work with you on other jobs but don't use customer parts for service. Amazing service, definitely recommend”
“I noticed a grinding sound coming from my car on Sunday. They squeezed me in on Monday as a walk in. The whole staff was very kind. The mechanic even worked over his lunch hour to service my vehicle. The owner came out to the waiting room to see if I was being attended to. “H&H Performance is Amazing!Picking-up my father’s beautiful, but non-operating ‘33 Chevy Cabriolet and ‘50 Chevy Convertible was a tough day-long task. The cars were stored crooked through a golf cart garage door. The guys from H&H turned them, eased them out, and put them in a new 34’ box trailer manually, working with the utmost skill, patience, and professionalism.Thank you, guys!
