“I’m not from PA and this auto shop so far is my favorite. Honest, kind workers. My car was having misfire due to spark plug issues, I was charged a really fair price and they got me right in. Explains things really well and super polite. I really recommend and plan to call them for my car needs. Even got me in for inspection and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I usually never have great experiences with auto shops as they price outrageous and aren’t always nice. I don’t usually leave reviews but they deserve one. Highly recommended from me.”

“I bought a used jeep from another local dealer. I took it to Otten for the 60K checkup. The Tamaqua Otten staff treated me like a long term customer. It was a very nice experience. Going forward, all my new car purchases will be at Otten Tamaqua. 👍”

“You know, they say don't go somewhere that you buy your groceries to get tires because you wouldn't go to a dealership to buy tires. But this Walmart is fabulous between amazing tech(Tee) and amazing management and amazing pricing, will never go back to my old place for tires!”
