“We were traveling on I-81 to Cortland, NY and our serpentine belt snapped due to a locked up bearing on the tensioner. We coasted into the parking lot at this AutoZone and I was afraid we would be spending the night close by. I went in and met Daniel. We talked about our dilemma and what we could do to get ourselves back on the road. They did not have the exact replacement, but he found a pulley that was very close in size to try to get us running again. He put the pulley on and we put the belt on and to our surprise the belt was tensioned very well. He located us the correct part and we picked it up in Hazelton on our way by. I can't express enough thanks to Daniel and AutoZone for going above and beyond their call to get a stranded motorist back up and running again.”

“I took my 2019 Dodge Charger in for specific services. Oil and Filter Change and a manufacture safety recall. While scheduling my appointment, I asked about the length of time due to waiting in-house for the service to be complete. I can honestly say that the service was complete and my vehicle parked out front within 10 minutes of the time they mentioned. That really impressed me. They also had most of my paperwork already prepared when I arrived and called me prior to my appointment as a reminder. Most places that I have been to never take my vehicle on time regardless of appointment scheduled.”
