Merrell is a well-organized business with a great selection of products. The staff are described as top-notch, always remembering customers and going the extra mile to find the right shoes. However, some customers have experienced a lack of assistance from employees, even when they were the only ones in the store. While the durability of the products is praised, the comfort level of certain items, such as flip-flops, has been disappointing for some customers.
