“Famous Footwear is my go-to spot for sneakers for the whole family. Out of all the stores in the Pocono Premium Outlets this one easily has the biggest selection of shoes. Whether you’re looking for athletic shoes casual styles or something for the kids they’ve got it all in one place.

The store is well organized so it’s easy to shop and find what you’re looking for. They carry all the big brands like Nike Adidas Puma Converse and more. I always find something for myself my kids and even my spouse without having to bounce around to different stores.

Their clearance section is also a huge plus. There are always solid deals tucked in there and if you take a little time to look you can usually find a great pair of shoes at a big discount.

The staff is helpful but not pushy and the checkout process is always smooth. They keep the place clean and well stocked even during busier times.

Overall if you’re looking for shoes this is the first place I’d recommend. It’s got the variety the prices and the convenience all in one spot. I stop in almost every time I visit the outlets.

“The Under Armour store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of the best stores in the whole outlet. It’s big clean and really easy to shop in. Everything is laid out by section and size so you’re not digging through random racks trying to find what you need.

They had a huge selection of activewear for men women and kids. Tons of options for workout clothes hoodies joggers shoes and accessories. The prices were great too with a lot of items on sale and even more savings on clearance racks. I was able to grab a few things I actually needed without spending a ton.

One thing I really appreciated was how well-stocked the store was. No empty shelves or missing sizes. It felt like they were ready for crowds and kept things organized even when it started to get busy.

The staff was friendly and available if you had a question but also gave you space to shop. Checkout was fast and easy and everything just ran smoothly from start to finish.

If you’re looking for high quality gear at outlet prices this Under Armour store is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back for sure.”

“Had a good sale. I have a love hate relationship with outlet stores. You aren't really saving money and you're apt to spend more because because you made the jaunt. However they had a BOGO on some colored tims I've been eyeing for years so I finally got them. Every one was friendly and helpful if after a picayune bit of nudging. I only come to this outlet store on the way back from New York . Always stop in the timberland store and now I'm fitted for Fall!”

I called a few days prior to coming to let them know her situation, John was very accommodating on the phone and was more than happy to give us a few discounts to be able to make it more manageable for me. Kristin and John went above and beyond for her.They helped her find the perfect pair that fit each foot perfectly, Chloe got to pick out all the charms she wanted for each shoe and Kristen helped her put them on. “The Ann Taylor store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is a hidden gem if you’re looking for polished well made clothes at a great price. The store is super clean and organized which makes it easy to walk through and find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was neatly folded or hung up and sizes were easy to find.

They had a really nice mix of casual and professional pieces. I found a few great blouses and a blazer that fit perfectly and were marked down a lot more than I expected. The quality is exactly what you’d want from Ann Taylor and the outlet prices make it even better.

The staff was friendly and professional. I asked a few questions about fit and sales and they were helpful without hovering. It felt like they were there if you needed them but also gave you space to shop comfortably.

The fitting rooms were clean and quiet which made it easy to try on a few different outfits without feeling rushed. Checkout was fast and smooth and the cashier even helped me apply a promotion I didn’t know about which saved me a few extra bucks.

And Secondly I visited the JD Lehigh valley mall location where I called in for a pair of sneakers and the individual on the other end held them while I drove a hour n half to pick them up . Upon arrival I met with a young lady by the name of Malaysia S.and again above and beyond for her customers while multi tasking with other customers while assisting myself in becoming a rewards member .This young lady has alot of patience very helpful and cares about her customers we also appreciate you !
