“I wanted to give 5/5 but one little glitch changes how you feel about the place and customer service. When we entered my husband approached a guy name Mike old person with Grey hair to share the price of 1 watch that we liked. He snapped at my husband loudly and dint help us with his attitude. There were 2 more customers standing by us they also dint like Mike's attitude. We wanted to leave the store right away but then amazing Abigail came ane apologized to us right away for Mike's tone. Abigail treated us with respect and attention to our needs. She made us feel so special that we ended up buying more than 4 wrist watch for ourselves including movodo, hugo and lacoste . As store got busier Matthew also helped us about different types of watch ⌚ loved energy of Matthew and Abigail. Mike is not a good fit for the store you can lose 3 customers in 1 second because of his tone and attitude full of rudeness. He never apologized to us. I will give 5/5 to the store if Mike's behavior issue wasn't there. Thanks Abigail and Matthew for amazing time. Owners should consider such behaviors and teach the employee on how to behave with customers. And I also want to share that one should never lose a store manager like Abigail she is amazing . Without her the store wouldn't be as busy as it was on July 4th.”
