“The Lucky Brand storehas one of the chillest vibes of any store I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in it feels laid-back and comfortable. The music is mellow the layout is open and it’s just an easy place to shop.
What I really appreciate is how the employees handle things. They’re friendly and welcoming but also give you space to browse without hovering. They’re there if you need something but they don’t make you feel like you’re being watched or rushed. It makes the whole experience feel more relaxed.
The selection is great too. They’ve got all the classic Lucky denim plus some nice tops jackets and accessories. The prices are solid especially with the outlet discounts and the quality is what you’d expect from the brand.
The store was clean well-organized and easy to navigate. I never felt overwhelmed or crowded which is a big plus when you’re just trying to take your time and find something you like.
Overall this is one of my favorite stores to stop into when I’m at the outlets. Great products good deals and the kind of calm shopping experience that’s hard to find these days.”
“I was looking for a dress for a trip to Portugal with my husband that he earned from work. We are going to be having a very dressy dinner so I needed something dressy. My husband and I went to the outlet in Tannserville PA to check things out. Let me first say the girls there were all super helpful. One girl named Nayeka was extra special. She went and found a bunch of things for me to try one. She was patient and knew what she was talking about. She was never pushy and was very helpful. I wasn’t prepared to buy anything today, but Nayeka and her team made me feel so comfortable that I just felt good about buying it now. No one in that store made me feel like they were fake in their opinion on how the outfits looked on me. I felt like I was on the show Say Yes to the Dress. LOL But seriously if you want a great experience and don’t know exactly the type of style you want, this is the place to go.”
“The only reason why this review is even getting a 5 or being made is because of Murphy he is truly the definition of customer service. He was helpful and understanding but the workers at the register were awful I would be embarrassed if I was the worker in the red dress. Thank you to Murphy!”
“I had a great experience here! The staff was so welcoming and helped me with anything I needed! I overheard a customer being rude to one of the staff members and I thought they handled it really well (I’m also a retail worker so I understand how difficult it can be) !! Overall it was great!!”
“Lots of contemporary Tshirts and memorabilia for high school and college kids. Lots of Anime, Manga, and bands I’d never heard of.
I was looking for 70s or 80s band Tshirts but they didn’t have many at all.”
“I was exploring the large outlet mall when I decided to check out the Old Navy Outlet. They had a nice selection of clothing for different occasions. I found a nice summer button up shirt for a good deal. The fella at the check out counter was very nice as well. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re at the outlet mall and looking for a nice deal on some good quality clothing.”
“First when I think of Ralph Lauren, I can't stop and think of my favorite 90's show "Friends" puts a big smile on my face They are a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products. For more than 50 years, there reputation and iconic image has been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands, and markets around the world. There enduring purpose, that guides everything they do, is to inspire the dream of a better life through authenticity and timeless style. Staff is very helpfully and always have a smile on there face, we are always looking for there sales, nice to get a discount on a great product. They also have a child's store in the crossings as well.”
“It’s hit and miss finding good deals on clothes at this store, but that’s the case at any store. I like that there’s no sales tax in Pennsylvania on clothing under a certain amount. I found a pair of pants for work, a sweater for fall and a T-shirt.”
“It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.”
“The LOFT Outlet at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of my favorite places to shop especially when it comes to finding clothes in petite sizes. They consistently have the best selection I’ve seen compared to other stores and it makes shopping so much easier when you don’t have to hunt for the right fit.
The store is clean organized and easy to navigate. Everything is labeled clearly and sorted by size so you can go right to the section you need without digging around. I’ve found everything from everyday tops to dressier pieces and they all fit great right off the rack.
The prices are solid too. Between the outlet discounts and the extra sales they usually have running you can get some really great deals on high quality pieces. It’s definitely worth checking the clearance racks too because I’ve scored some amazing finds there.
The staff is friendly and respectful of your space. They’re happy to help if you need it but also let you shop at your own pace.
If you’re petite and tired of coming up short in other stores this LOFT location is worth the trip. I always leave with something I love and that actually fits well.”

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling awesome guy, Dream. He could not have been more helpful as he went out of his way to find me a bathing suit in the winter time!!! He 1000% not only showed exceptional customer service, but he demonstrated natural leadership/management qualities. I never leave “reviews” but I felt I had to as he deserves to be recognized.

“I had the pleasure of visiting the Kate Spade outlet in The Crossings today, January 30th. At that point, I was the only customer in the store and was greeted beautifully by Stephanie and Brittany. I had an idea of what I wanted, which was a wallet to be used as a prize for a bingo event. I was directed right to the available items, and was assisted with color options etc. I ended up buying a lovely wallet which I know will be greatly appreciated. These two young ladies are what customer service should be about. Pleasant and helpful. I almost felt like I had a personal shopper. Thank you for this.”

“my experience here was the best I’ve had in any retail store. So much so that I just got in my car after visiting and I’m writing this. The girls there are super helpful and above all else they were kind. Alexia was the girl who helped me and she went out of her way to not only get different clothing items for me, but also give me recommendations on things I wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. I bought those items too because I really enjoyed them :) I needed help for outfits on a trip I’m taking in a few days and I have been stressed about what to wear. Alexia and many other girls made this process significantly easier and I will be returning more often. I would recommend shopping here to anyone!”
“We were welcomed into the store, and our cashier was out of this world. So personable. They were having a nice sale, 50-60% off a nice amount of items. My son was with me and needed a few things, we brought 3 pairs of cargo shorts, a heavy sweatshirt, a pair of sweatpants and a cute summer dress for myself. Everything came to $115. You can't go wrong, great deals and great customer service.”

“I saw on the window advertisement that the jeans were buy one get one free, and I was shopping for jeans that very same day! After going stored a store and not finding anything suitable, I saw the Levi’s store and immediately went in there because of the ad advertisement for the buy one get one free!
After trying on some clothes and having them fit me very well I wanted a pair in a darker color, that’s when Helen came up and asked if I needed help, and I asked her that I wanted in a darker color, and she was very knowledgeable and where they were at, and whether Levi’s jeans had a darker color at the store.
I was very impressed by the deal and by the help of Helen. So happy with my purchase.”
