The only reason why this review is even getting a 5 or being made is because of Murphy he is truly the definition of customer service. He was helpful and understanding but the workers at the register were awful I would be embarrassed if I was the worker in the red dress. Thank you to Murphy!

This is my favorite Michael Kors store. I had an issue with my bag and they immediately resolved it. I saw Heather who was so kind and helpful. She was able to give me all the information I needed and provided so much help. Heather was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases.
