He gives it to you straight and addresses the issue you go in for and if he finds something else he lets you know your options without some nonsense about a catastrophic failure if you don’t pay him to do x, y, and z immediately.”
“I noticed an oil drip coming from the front of my 2019 Trail Boss. Called the service department at Nick's and they were able to get me scheduled in short order. They reported that the leak was associated with a faulty oil cooling line that runs to the radiator. The service team was able to replace the lines and return the truck on the same day. Also, all repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Good thing Randy talked me into purchasing the additional coverage.”
“I highly recommend Howard’s repair shop. He was so kind and didn’t make me feel like an idiot when he talked to me. He is clearly very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he did to my car. I broke down near his shop and by luck ended up at his garage just by it being the closest. “Came here 9-13-25 to get tires that I ordered put on my Juke. Turns out that I had ordered the wrong tires even tho the website said they fit. The staff was very friendly and understanding of the mistake. They were able to refund me for the tires that I ordered and just happen to have 1 set that was the right size for not that much more. We were able to get those installed in less than an hour and was on my way. Good experience, Thanks!”
