“Drive thru windows are always quick and efficient. The one in Harmar is my favorite. I never have to add time on my travel when I need to stop on my way to somewhere! Great job everyone! Keep up your great service:)”

“Today's experience was above and beyond, but should be the norm. I went through the drive thru just to make a deposit, I was greeted by a friendly young woman, however, when completing my transaction, she said good morning, Is there anything else I can help you with. How are we doing, do you have questions regarding your account or suggestions? I was taken back for a second then realized, she is taking that extra time even though they are busy..to make me feel seen. GREAT JOB TIA! A quick and productive minute interaction made a great impression! I hope I'm not the only one who had that experience today. I appreciate you TIA! Thank you!”
