“Recently I purchased medications at the Walmart Pharmacy in Taylor, PA. The pharmacist Stephanie was exceptional. She went above and beyond to solve my issues. First week of January and change in health care plan came with it's own set of problems. My pharmacy coverage wasn't updated in the system. Stephanie called my insurance pharmacy help line and stayed late to solve my problem. Later on, she helped to use GoodRX coupons to save money. Subsequently on same day, my insurance updated their system. Next day when I was in waiting line at the Walmart pharmacy to get a cash back of the difference, she had already pulled my records before I reached the counter. Stephanie has set an example of an ideal customer service.”
