“I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the pharmacists at this facility. I recently switched from CVS, and initially, I had doubts, but I have experienced outstanding service since then. Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family. I am looking forward to more positive and supportive interactions. JOANNE AND AMY have truly gone above and beyond for me, as have the other pharmacists working diligently behind the scenes. “I recently visited the bakery at the Wegmans near Montgomeryville mall. I needed some very specific items as I was buying some baked goods and breads for some pretty picky people, and some who have diet restrictions. A young lady named Rhiannon helped me, and she was so kind and patient and knowledgeable, it was obvious by the way she easily navigated every one of my concerns that she knew her job well. She was also nonchalantly straightening up shelves/merchandise as we went (tells me she takes pride in her work)- without skipping a beat in our conversation! What a refreshing change to interact with someone so in tune to the human customer in front of her!
Would recommend this bakery to anyone, and I’d encourage them to seek out this wonderful employee!”

They used to carry snow crab and king crab in the fresh case, but they said they had too many people steal the crab legs right out the case and they won't order it. Every store that used to carry crab legs told me the same thing, not just this store. Very sad”

“I’ve been going to wegmans pharmacy for years. Picking up medication for my grandmother and then I moved myself and my family over to the pharmacy. My wife and I and two kids. Today I went into drop off a prescription and I was judged right off the back. It wasn’t good feeling. She realized that I’ve been coming to wegmans for over 2 years and she changed her mind. I’m in customer service. I understand protocols, rules and procedures but that was not ok. Then i literally had to ask for my sons 1 years old medicine 3 times. Everyone in the pharmacy said good bye but the head pharmacist. She was lady. I know the other head pharmacist. Those guys are very helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel warm. They say hi when I’m not even going to the pharmacy. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but please don’t judge me.”

My insurance plan doesn't cover CVS pharmacy services, and I found Advocate on the BCBS portal. I've had a handful of prescriptions filled there now, and they are very fast, efficient, and friendly.”
“Worst service. I’m getting my family medicine form last few years. Usually they delivered the medicine in time. But last few weeks they didn’t deliver the medicine in time. I called several time for medicine every time they said they will deliver it next day but they never did. I’m out of my regular medicine from last 6 days. I guess new guys messed up. Pharmacy takes care of getting expiring prescriptions renewed through my physician. Any questions I get courteous and expert answers. Walk-in vaccinations are expertly administered with minimal wait. Based on my experience, I cannot take the several one-star reviews seriously.”

“Would highly recommend this company! When dealing with my elderly parents and their numerous medications, Bhavana, the pharmacist was a angel! She went over all of their meds and had them pre packaged in individual bubbles clearly marked with date and time. This makes it so much easier for the elderly to take their medications without error or having to fill the weekly medicine cases. Collegeville Pharmacy even had then shipped to my parents house (with extra goodies). Bhavana was in constant communication with me and even called to make sure we received the shipment and to see if we had any questions. In a world filled with CVS and Walgreens this pharmacy has been a God send. Would highly recommend!!! They also sent their meds a month at a time.
