We chatted about our 4 footed babies, compared photos all while Cheyenne was professional and courteous to this technically challenged old lady !!!!! “Yesterday (Thursday) I stopped by to open up an account in the Sinking Spring office because of their convenient location. There are multiples in the Reading area. I had a previous meeting with the Branch Manager Mr. Ebony when I was taking classes in the BCPS R3 program in Reading. He lectured on the difference between banks and credit unions and impressed me, therefore - I became a client. When I went in, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Roberto and we went to his office. He was very friendly and accommodating and asked me how he could assist me. He explained, and suggested various options, the services that was available and fees if they were appropriate. We had a glitch in the beginning, when I tried to confirm on my iPhone the form that I was signing, but - when there was an issue, he immediately asked if he could use my iPhone and in front of me, while he explained he rectified the problem, therefore - I opened up a saving and checking account, and also received a debit card. I was also interested in a future car loan, and he gave me multiple options, in- which I will take advantage next month. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank You for reading!”
