“I would like to single out one person at Visions on 5th Street Highway in Temple Pa. Cheyenne Peters, you are the best !!!!! After I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, the nice young lady informed me that I would have short wait to speak to someone concerning my specific need that day. Cheyenne came out and directed me to her office where I informed her of why I was visiting their office that day and TOTALLY put me at ease. We chatted about our 4 footed babies, compared photos all while Cheyenne was professional and courteous to this technically challenged old lady !!!!! We completed our business and I walked out a very VERY satisfied customer !!!!! Cheyenne is a wonderful asset to your location !!!!”

Before we knew it, we were talking to the auto loan department. “I came into the exeter branch today concerned about a text message and email I was sent stating that someone had attempted to access my account. I called the phone number I was given in the email and followed all the prompts, at the end an automated recording told me that my card was canceled. Since it was early in the morning I still did not feel comfortable not talking to a person. I stopped by the office branch in Exeter and Joe took the time to explain everything I needed to and he even phoned members first fraud alert to assure me that my account was not accessed. I cannot express how professional, helpful and reassuring Joe was to me. I walked into the credit union so worried and confused and after my interaction with Joe I left the credit union feeling that a hugh weight was lifted off of me. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR ME TODAY JOE”

“Yesterday (Thursday) I stopped by to open up an account in the Sinking Spring office because of their convenient location. There are multiples in the Reading area. I had a previous meeting with the Branch Manager Mr. Ebony when I was taking classes in the BCPS R3 program in Reading. He lectured on the difference between banks and credit unions and impressed me, therefore - I became a client. When I went in, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Roberto and we went to his office. He was very friendly and accommodating and asked me how he could assist me. He explained, and suggested various options, the services that was available and fees if they were appropriate. We had a glitch in the beginning, when I tried to confirm on my iPhone the form that I was signing, but - when there was an issue, he immediately asked if he could use my iPhone and in front of me, while he explained he rectified the problem, therefore - I opened up a saving and checking account, and also received a debit card. I was also interested in a future car loan, and he gave me multiple options, in- which I will take advantage next month. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank You for reading!”
