“Right on Main St in Kutztown. Lovely large room on the third floor. Clean and well appointed. First day breakfast included a yummy hot option of strawberry French toast, second day was lack luster… just standard breakfast fare… cereal, cheap yogurt, store bought bagels and some fruit. It didn’t even seem like there was anyone in the kitchen. I know the description of breakfast says European, so I was expecting muesli, homemade scones, croissants, quality yogurts,etc. they also said they would have cheeses and meats. I saw none of that. Too bad because that would definitely set them way above traditional hotels. If you want a free glass of wine you must be on site between 3 and 4pm. Any later than that and you probably won’t see another soul on the premises. I expected more personal touches and less processed foods after reading the description on their website. I’m hoping they see the value of that in the future. I will stay here again.
Revised: someone showed up to prepare breakfast… egg bake. It was hot and tasty.”

“When we arrived, the hostess must have been on break or something became it was several minutes before we were even acknowledged. Bit after this rough start,, the service was as expected.
The background music is a bit loud for us, but not so annoying that we couldn't hold a conversation, and thankfully not a loud as it could be.
Our server a the bar tender help us find a nice set of 4 beers for a flight. All were tasty and added to the experience.
We ordered a smash burger, onion rings, crab cake sandwich & sweet potato fries. Everything was prepared and presented nicely and the cost was reasonable.
On our way out, the place was getting busy (it was Saturday evening), so I suggest coming early or getting a reservation.
Overall this was a good experience and I recommended this restaurant.”
“The room was nice and when we checked in the girl was very nice . But in the morning at check out we
made the front desk aware of our son had slipped in the shower and there was a piece of metal sticking up out of the shower drain and when he fell he cut 2 of his toes on the metal sticking out of the drain. The person at the front desk didn't act like he cared and we tried explaining there was metal sticking out of the drain ridiculous like a child was hurt .”
“The service from the front desk, bartender, and housekeeping was excellent. The room was clean and as detailed. Our room even had a great view of the city, mountains, and the pagoda on the mountain, really visible in the evening. There are shops around in case things are needed. The only downside is the parking around the backside of the building. Daily and nightly, people would park on the road near the entrances, blocking 1 lane of traffic. There are spots at the back side of the building but only like 10. Most of the parking is in the front of the hotel.”

The rooms were very clean and big!! The front desk people were very helpful! The house keepers made me laugh and worked very hard to keep everyone happy. The location was close to everything and they give discounts when you come in for the local hospital.”

“Beds were more comfortable than at 5 star that I have stayed in. Friendly staff. Restaurant walking distance from hotel. Basically in the same parking lot. Would stay here again.”
“Stay was nice. Loved that the hotel had overnight security so no one could just walk in the building all the doors lock.
The room was good only issue was the TV was up to date but the picture was fuzzy on every channel we noticed that the TV in the lobby was the same so it was definitely their service provider.”

“I didn't mind this place, I was there for 2 nights & it was quiet & clean for the most part.... now there is a train that comes by at certain times but other then that it was fine for me. Would definitely go again.”
