“I needed him To fix my iPhone 12, cause my son drew in why I need to plug my phone and you fix it in less than an hour so he did a really good job. I will go to him if I need anything fixed like an Apple Watch and iPhone and android or laptop an Apple computer or a MacBook he does good work.”

“The wait was a little confusing. I walked into the store around 10:30am. Only one salesman was helping customers. I asked all the people standing and sitting around the front of the store if they were in line to be helped. Everyone nodded yes and the single sales person yelled out that everyone would be helped soon.
I sat at a raised table instead of standing because I am handicapped.
All of a sudden, 3 more sales people showed up.
I didn't wait long (10-15 minutes), and I wasn't upset at the wait. I was just confused when I walked in.
A very nice salesman greeted me and was very patient as we worked out my transaction.
I told him how much I appreciated his help and he seemed surprised about that. I thought that was odd.
