“The staff is always attentive & accomodating. Love how we can bring our dogs over as a walk-in for grooming or nails. Neither dog minds going here & getting their bath or nails groomed. Both dogs are normally anxious but the staff puts them at ease. Love how the female dog will come home with a pretty bow on her collar after being bathed - Pretty girl!”
“Great place to visit. I don't know a lot about koi fish . Every person there was very helpful to help me find what I was looking for in my price range. They had more fish than I ever could have imagined. Definitely worth the visit !”

“This place always has fantastic sales mainly for bedding or small pet treats. I come here specifically for the Guinea pig treats and end up getting more than I plan on because of how good the deals are. My Guinea pigs loved most of the stuff I got for them and I will continue to come back here as long as those deals keep coming. Definitely want to come back for that sale before the 7th of July”

“Taste of the Wild (TOTW) dry dog food is increasingly difficult to find now. After (14#) being sold out on Amazon, Chewy, Tractor Supply, and Petco, I went to TOTW site to find local suppliers and learned of this shop.Stopped in today for the first time, and - YES! Reasonably-priced local shop with a huge selection of chew options/bones, including the cheek roll that's been sitting in my Amazon cart.My aggressive-chewer pup is THRILLED. Friendly staff, including the pup-staff. My new go-to shop for my dog.”
“I have a standard poodle who since day 1 had a phobia about being groomed. Two groomers sent him home saying they could do nothing with him. He's 5 now and I've been cutting him myself with just scissors but I recently took him to Furry Friends. He came back looking just stunning. Furry friends commented on what a sweetheart he was. I then brought my toy poodle and my 2 Cavaliers to Furry Friends. They look amazing and all seem to have a lot more energy. They are obviously enjoying being beautiful. Thanks so much. I am just thrilled.”

“shout out to chase for helping us with our hamster related questions, he was such a chill guy and he put up with all of our questions about a hamster having huge balls because it kinda grossed us out. He even informed us about at which stores we could find female hamsters and seemed super knowledgeable and he totally had the vibes of a hamster tamer i wouldn’t even be surprised if he pulled out a little flute and made them dance! Chillest guy ever, thanks bro ❤️”

“We brought our Mini Bernedoodle, Spencer aka Teddy home on Valentine’s Day. We couldn’t be happier !!! He is such a smart little guy. The vet said he is a picture of health. They also commented that they see a lot of pups that come from Jocelyns and they are amazed that they’ve NEVER seen one with any health issues. Jocelyns Puppies is obviously doing something right. Thanks for our new family member !!!”

“I got my 3 Guinea pigs here almost 3 years ago and they’re doing great! When we got them, they let us hold them for the first time in the store and they were so great in letting us know how to make them feel more comfortable. I went in I think about 2-3 times in the past week and some of the animals were so friendly, I’m betting employees socialize with them a lot especially the Guinea pigs that were licking the glass trying to get to me lol reason I took off one star is they are a bit pricy aside from the pets which is same price everywhere for most. It’s mostly food, treats, supplies, etc that is the most pricy and they also charge 10 cents for bags”
