“So frankly Verizon itself as a company is garbage and has the worst tech support and customer service I have ever experienced. I was down right abused by this company. Until John. The manager at this location. He’s the only employee of Verizon I can say actually cares about solving problems for his customers and he is willing to go the extra step to try and correct other Verizon employees’ multiple mistakes.”

“Kyle demonstrated exceptional knowledge and a congenial demeanor throughout our interaction. He provided invaluable assistance in selecting the appropriate accessories for my phone. Furthermore, he successfully encouraged me to opt for the Ultra model over the standard Galaxy 26, a decision I now appreciate due to the enhanced camera and additional features.
