“I have been personally visiting critter care for a few years now, and I have family and friends who have been going to this clinic for years.I take 2 of my male dogs hereBoth of the veterinary doctors Doctor Lorie and Doctor Donald are amazing. They always hear out all concerns , they are honest and kind. The entire staff is very friendly compassionate people who actually listen and truly care. All of the Techs are super awesome, friendly and very intelligent I appreciate all of the technicians tooI really appreciate that the care team ensures that their patients get necessary care, while also being mindful of costs of things.I love my dogs and being a client at critter care has incredibly enriched my life as a dog mom.I know the doctors and staff sees a lot of patients. But they are so personable and kind .. once you go you’ll definitely feel special. Thank you to everyone at critter care for your kind hearts and good work. My dogs always get a bundled service for their vaccines and check up. I also had my one pup have surgery here for his nose and they did a phenomenal job and I was completely at ease. “We have 2 toy rat terriers and needed a place to board them for the weekend. They had only been away from us once in 6 years. Also, the little one does not like strangers. I was so nervous about leaving them an entire weekend.Courtney worked with me as if I was her best friend. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Ashley took us on a tour of the place prior to our dogs staying.I could feel that the people working there genuinely love animals.I know our dogs were not a walk in the park but they handled them like Champs!Chaddsford Animal Hospital is my first choice for our fur babies. What a relief to know that should we need to board our dogs again, we have the perfect place for them to stay.Thank you to the doctor and staff, as I am sure our dogs, Mike&Ike were a handful.”

“This is a new veterinarian for my cat because we moved. Fortunately, a doctor from the previous practice is there and remembered my cat who is 16. They were lovely. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they charged $19.50 to clip the cat’s nails. This is the charge WITH a checkup! It took the tech about 20 seconds and should be free!!!!!”

“CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE ........Our dog got very sick.Upon taking him to this vet we were told we coukd pay $150.00 for quick blood and get answers in 30 minutes instead of waiting for days.This quick test was gunna tell us if anything very serious was wrong with his organs,well we got the results and were told that they didn't aee anything that woukd cause concern,that his liver and kidneys were fine. We were sent home with steroids. Well our dog died within 7 days of our visit,when we called to let the vet know we were told that our dog was very very sick . The lady on the phone said she can see in our chart that someone tried to send us an email but it never went through,but no further effort was givin to try and contact us...... Uuuummmmm WHAT!......she said sorry and that is it,they had no answers as to why nobody ever tried to call us,or even make an effort to reach us in any way what so ever,nor did we get an answer as to why we paid extra money for fast blood work that obviously either doesn't really work,OR the test was never even looked at in this office. He may have died anyways but at least we would have known the outcome,instead we were living on a dream and a prayer,(and the word of our vet)that he was gunna be ok. In conclusion I thought it be important to let others know or at least have some information before relying on these so called " fast results" tests,to not put all your eggs in that basket. Someone dropped the ball on this one,and our dog isn't around to run after that ball or any other ball again.BTW we were never givin a refund and we have never heard from this office again. Hopefully one day they will realize that our animals are our children,their lives and care should be taken seriously as if they were humans cuz their loss cuts us just as deep”

“Dr. Francella does not rush from one patient to the next. He really takes time to evaluate the condition of each pet. Don't expect furnishings to be updated. Do our care anyway? If you need someone to take time to get to the bottom of what ails your fur baby, come here!”

“We have used this Practice since 2012. We have a pedigree Weimaraner and a Scrappy Cat who are family. Sadly Scooby is now entering her 14th year. Animals age and her general body language recently has changed for the worse. I emailed the Vet at 7:00 am for an appointment. It opens at 7:30 my Son and I took her and we were seen at 7:55 which was five minutes after we arrived. Triage was carried out with the suggestion that X-Rays be taken and that she be left for the day. We returned at 5 PM and saw x-rays showing a shadow which is a growth of some kind. She had been given an injection and was much more mobile. Prednisone was prescribed but we all know long term she will pass and it may not be long term in our minds. I have always had good Vets because there is something very special about a person who can diagnose and treat a being not able to speak for itself. We have had unsurpassed service and care from Glenmoore throughout our time here. Some of the negative comments are really depressing as they bear no resemblance to our experience. Ten out of ten for everyone who works there. Thank you”

“Going to the vet with my very introverted cat is always an ordeal but the ladies at Colebrook Manor Animal Hospital were so kind and helpful! We needed to be seen for a semi-urgent matter and not only were they accommodating but helped put my mind at ease and handled my cat incredibly well (who can magically turn herself into a 100 lb. meow-howling brick when we have to leave the house.) The dog owners in the waiting area were respectful and kept their distance. Overall we received wonderful and trustworthy treatment during what was a nerve-wracking trip for this cat mama! “We just brought our dog, Ollie, for his first visit here. It was a great experience! All of the staff were welcoming and meeting with Dr. Todd exceeded my expectations. He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. Ollie was the calmest he had ever been in that environment so I could tell it was a great fit for him too. I can't recommend Dr. Todd enough. As a major bonus, the cost of our visit was surprisingly affordable for the level of service we received. Thank you to the whole staff for all that you do.”

“He was a great Veterinarian. I took animals to him for years until his retirement. He was great with them and seemed to know his job very well.He didn't charge an arm and a leg. He seemed to care about the animals more than most. He was reasonable and he could know what was wrong by just looking at them sometimes. He was always great with the animals and I miss him horribly. He looked at my one animal and said I believe she has a thyroid disease. He treated her and she recovered quite quickly and went on to live many years afterwards. He was a great Veterinarian.”

We have also brought our family dogs here my whole life who've had various procedures and surgeries with good outcomes. “I recently have used the grooming services twice. Once for a nail trim and the other for a full haircut, bath and nail trim. I have had a good experience with Shawn each visit. She goes over what my puppy can expect, what I can expect and listens to any concerns I have. Shawn let me know the photos I showed her for the haircut I wanted for my pup would look a little different since my puppy had slightly different fur than the dog in the photo. I appreciated her honesty and recommendations. I am giving Petco four stars because of the unnecessary fees they tack on to the services. Just add them into the price of the haircut or service you are getting. I felt nickeled and dimed when I went to pay. I will be back and I recommend asking for Shawn. She is very knowledgeable and kind.”

“Our dogs have been patients at Longwood for over twenty years. The office staff, nurses and doctors have been kind, compassionate and professional. In an emergency situation, their nurse anesthesis saved our vacation departure by taking our Westie to her home. That was above and beyond the usual services.”
