“I had a fantastic experience with New Hope! I had been shopping for a Lexus CT200h to serve as a daily driver for months when I spotted a 2014 F Sport online at their dealership. It had high miles but it's a Lexus, after all, so I wasn't intimidated by that.
Since it's a hybrid, I wanted it checked out by a shop capable of evaluating its hybrid battery life, and I asked New Hope if they could run it down to Thompson Toyota to have them complete a pre-purchase inspection.
They agreed, and it passed with flying colors. I found a company to ship the car up to me, as I live 3 hours away, and bought the car sight unseen. Every step of the purchase was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much, guys -- I am in love with my little car!”

“We purchased a BMW 430i from this company and the owner Roman. We love the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about his vehicles. He made it very easy to work through the process of purchasing a car. We lived a distance from the dealership and he worked around our availability even when it was a little out of his normal hours. He was also very responsive when communicating.
