“Shout out to Nathan at the Titusville O'Reilly store. He went above and beyond his duties for helping out this olde lady. He battled the cold, wind and rain to put in my head light bulb so I could see and make sure I got home safely. It was not an easy peasy job but he stuck with it until it was completed, not everyone would have done that! He deserves recognition (a raise would be well deserved as well). I'd never used their repair shop before, but now i'll never use any other one. These guys are great! The truck was done in less than a week and it looks awesome. “I purchased a Car Mate trailer from Tom's / Dana a couple of years ago. Today I wanted to have them Check out the unit before I hauled a heavy load. Dana told me to stop out, and I was glad that I did! They got me right in.
After checking everything out, they adjusted the tire pressure for me. I was able to haul my product with confidence that they cared.
