“Shout out to Nathan at the Titusville O'Reilly store. He went above and beyond his duties for helping out this olde lady. He battled the cold, wind and rain to put in my head light bulb so I could see and make sure I got home safely. It was not an easy peasy job but he stuck with it until it was completed, not everyone would have done that! He deserves recognition (a raise would be well deserved as well).
