“I rented at car trailer from here. These guys went out of their way to help me get the trailer attached to my vehicle. They help verify that my trailer lights worked and that my chains were connected correctly. My vehicle sat a little high. So assistants was needed to pick up the trailer to place it on the ball. Also side note when getting a car trailer make the trailer has a lighting connection plug of a 4 flat not 7 pin round. So if your vehicle is a 7 pin round make sure to purchase or bring along the connector piece.”
“I am writing to report a serious safety issue with the dolly (or trailer, if applicable) I rented. Upon inspection, the left taillight was non-functional, meaning there was no working stop light or left turn signal. This issue existed prior to my rental, and I noted that an employee was made aware of the issue at the time of pickup.
I request that this safety concern be addressed immediately to prevent future risk. Furthermore, given the significant inconvenience and potential safety hazard this created during my rental.
