“Don’t walk, run to crash champions if you need any body work.Call bob he is an awesome associate he will guide you every step of the way and there receptionist silvia is super informative. They left my 2013 Camaro looking like a brand new car right off the lot.They replaced my rear bumper and retouched my driver side door at no extra charge since it has a small peel. They keep there word of your not satisfied they will correct the work. They left my car super clean inside and out. Can’t recommend them enough. The timing was planned accordingly didn’t take them too long, less than two weeks.”

“I went in with my friend who needed a battery replacement and honestly best vibes ever. The women who welcomed us there were absolutely helpful and hilarious, making jokes and we were all laughing a lot.They are also selling handmade dog and human skin/fur/paws/hair care products and many other stuff. .I tried the "Mermaid Hair" hair product and its legit 100% natural ingredients (well known for hair care like witchhazel, cedar wood, lavender etc.) smells amazing.I tried it on my hair this morning after shampoo and they appeared more hydrated, supple and soft.We got a new battery for a decent price and left happy, smiling and laughing.Aw and let us not forget the fact that a gentlemen carried the new battery into the car for us ?I recommend ?”
“I haven’t had any work done on my vehicle just yet, but I wanted to give a review based on the experience I’ve had so far.
On my way to Kennett Square, I clipped a mailbox after someone in the opposite lane was veering into my lane, and it damaged my car pretty badly. I was in shock and then became a total mess. After running my errand, I did a google search of body shops in the area and stumbled across Mercer Auto Body. They have tons of great reviews and all of the body shops in the Coatesville area are either chains/franchises, or shops that do shotty work. I walked in crying and both people in the office were SO kind. They took some information from me and verified that they had worked with my insurance company in the past. The woman walked me outside to take photos of the damage of my car so that they could write up an estimate and email it to me instead of me having to drive down there again, even though the shop is only 20 minutes from me. The woman was so comforting and helped me to calm down, which wasn’t in her job description. She was super knowledgeable about my vehicle (i.e. where the sensors are located and making sure they weren’t damaged) and knew exactly what photos to take (I would have just taken photos of the damage and left it there). I immediately felt comfortable in their presence and with the idea of working with them. Mercer Auto Body is a small business and I always prefer supporting small businesses as opposed to the mega-chains who see you as just a number.
Even though the circumstances are crappy, I feel much better after having gone to Mercer right after the accident and feel that my vehicle will be in excellent hands. Thank you both for being so kind and comforting and making time for me. I very much look forward to working with you.

“AutoZone gave me the wrong tap twice, Advance has a much better drill bit, tap and die selection. Definitely the place to go if you need to re-thread anything. Only place I found a 14-1.25 tap last minute.”
“Stopped at the closest auto parts store when my headlight switch failed while traveling. I required the switch to be visually matched not looked up by application which they were willing to do. I'll explain why later. The first one was close, but slightly different. After digging deeper we found the correct one but it wasn't in stock. If I was unable to find one I'd be limited to driving without lights so the employee suggested I try NAPA a couple blocks down the street.They were very rude, even offended that I was referred by their competition. They also hung up on me several times because they were having telephone problems.I left napa 3 star rating which was generous, but AutoZone deserves 5 star. Not only were they willing to find me the correct number they seemed more interested in solving my emergency than making a sale. I knew it used Ford wiring and it was a common part in use in 1995 when the chassis was built.
