“I took my 2023 Harley Road Glide to get two speakers and an amp installed. Steve was awesome getting me what i was looking for. Great communication during the install when there was an issue with it fitting in the fairing. They even made a custom bracket to hide it under a side cover so it wouldn't take up space in the saddlebag. Great install and the bike sounds great. I'll be going back for the lids to get done.”
“Just bought my first motorcycle. Tyler is the man! I told him my budget and showed me a handful of great used bikes and even rode one around for me so I could hear how it runs, shifts, ect. Another gentleman helped me find a jacket that fit, cant remember his name unfortunatly. They even swapped the battery out with a brand new one for me when it wouldn't start just as I was about to pull out of the parking lot lol. Great place, great selection, great people!”

“My husband and I recently decided to retire our 2008 Subaru Outback. We visited Ourisman Subaru in Newark, Delaware and met Laura Hart-Siano. She sat us down and picked our brains about all things Subaru, making lists and explaining in graphic detail (yes, she literally drew a chart from memory) of the different features in each of the Outback models. During our first test drive of a 2025 Outback, Laura demonstrated how to operate the more “modern” features of the vehicle. In addition to her depth of knowledge, she was so pleasant, alleviating the stress of buying a new car. She’s a skilled listener and a fair negotiator. We talked numbers with both Laura and Greg Winter, the sales manager, also a pleasure to work with during the back-and-forth negotiations. Dave and Greg were extremely customer focused, ensuring that the work was done extremely well and to my satisfaction. In fact the work was simply superb. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. In addition my SUV was spotless at pickup, which I would imagine was difficult to do when removing and re-installing a very light cream colored headliner. In my 2019 Dodge challenger so you can only imagine what it did to the left side of my 2 door car... But let me tell you i went to pick up my car today, and you couldn't tell it was involved in an accident. They went over and beyond exceeded my expectations. “I purchased two vehicles the same day. The salesman was tremendous. After that everything went south. I had nothing but headache after headache trying to get our tags and registrations. After numerous traffic stops by law enforcement, and visits back to Preston they say it’s not their fault/ problem. This problem is now almost 4 months old and I still do not have a registration for my new vehicle. There is so much more to my story, but the bottom line is I am very sorry I made this sale with Preston Auto and I will for sure never go back, plus they say one thing to your face and oddly enough it never happened.”

The women who welcomed us there were absolutely helpful and hilarious, making jokes and we were all laughing a lot.They are also selling handmade dog and human skin/fur/paws/hair care products and many other stuff. .I tried the "Mermaid Hair" hair product and its legit 100% natural ingredients (well known for hair care like witchhazel, cedar wood, lavender etc.) smells amazing.I tried it on my hair this morning after shampoo and they appeared more hydrated, supple and soft.We got a new battery for a decent price and left happy, smiling and laughing.Aw and let us not forget the fact that a gentlemen carried the new battery into the car for us ?I recommend ?”

“I am a small self employed mechanic that has been using berridon for 5 years now. There is not better service then these guys. Both when you call into order the parts as well as when you deal with the parts guys at the store itself. They even helped walk me through the new system for ordering and looking up parts. The system is good and can see pics of the products for most items. You also can’t beat the prices for the quality products that are carried. I am not the biggest or use them as much as some of the shops in the area never the less they still treat me as an important customer. Appreciate it guys.”
