“I cannot say enough good things about Gregg and his daughter. They helped me out with my sons handicap van. I spoke to Gregg after getting a quote from a local Dodge dealership. I originally took it to the Dodge dealer in Delco for a transmission problem.
They said I needed a new transmission after receiving a text through their automated system. Replace Transmission: Accept or Decline: $9000, is how it came across, no explanations of why I needed one. I went to Russ's and explained the situation to Gregg and he said get it towed here so I can look at it, this doesn't sound right. It wasn't. It turned out to be a module within the transmission just as the code had indicated. He replaced the module and it has been running fine ever since.
I cannot say how or why the Dodge dealer came up with a total replacement, but I saved my son and myself thousands of dollars by making the trip to Russ's. Not only that, he truly seemed to care about getting my son's only means of transportation back to us quickly since it is so specialized.
After I reached out to the owner of the dealership as it says to do. You would think you would want to know about such a bid mistake. No answer as of yet.
Thank you very much for all your help and I am glad I took the trip to his shop. Very fine people.”
“Dan was extremely helpful and got my car in quickly.
I will continue to use them as my #1 car repair shop.
I would like to thank JV Auto Service for helping the elderly residents in Hershey Run and taking excellent care of my Parents car.”
“I needed new tires and Bob was great. He ordered the tires I needed immediately and got me an appointment that fit my schedule. He was kind and honest. Highly recommend Blitz Automotive.”
“Always pleased with the service I receive. I easily passed inspection the following day.

“Joe and his guys are awesome mechanics. He took the time to explain to me what happened with my vehicle but more importantly why. He even gave me serveral options as far as repairs go. Im happy with the work and my car runs much smoother thanks to his expertise. Ill be back again.”
“Fantastic service at affordable prices. Christina at the phone line usually can get us in within a few days. Drop off or waiting are options. My husband and I get our oil changes here for under $70. When I schedule an oil change I usually wait about a half hour. Highly recommend over the chain car shops.”
“Had a nail stuck in my tire causing a pretty bad leak. Booked and was serviced immediately. The service was quick and wasn’t charge for the patch! Would recommend!”
“I trust College Tire. I have used their services for decades and they have never taken advantage of or mislead me. Even though I no longer live in the area I still drive back to Kennett Square for auto service. They do top quality work.”
“Recently replaced TPSM sensors on all tires and completed a 4 wheel alignment. Scheduled service was completed on-time. Best price for service by checking several other shops. Great facility and people!”
