“Went to RNR Tire Express today to have new Wheels and Tires put on our car. Spoke with Zack on the phone and he was able to get us what we needed. They actually have payment arrangements for 6 months, which was great for us, you can’t find anywhere like this anymore. Their prices are fantastic, Zack went above and beyond with his service to us. He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. “My car broke down and this was the closest shop to get it to. I was scared to take it there with no prior experience or info. on the shop but had no choice. Well he fixed my truck in one day and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. I believe its a one man mechanic show but him and the wife are honest, easy to talk to people, who aren't trying to beat people over the head in labor costs. “I have been going to Michael's for maybe 5 years. When it comes to car repair/ inspections the average person is looking for their car to be fixed/ maintained properly, and at the lowest cost, and they want to feel like they can trust their mechanic. If you feel the same then Michael's is your place. Michael and his guys are thorough and capable and do things right. They will make sure your car is safe and operating properly, but they will be honest and not take advantage of you. “Called to verify availability of battery for our Highlander Suv. Had problems starting it in the morning on our way to Pittsburgh.
The staff at this location were great and confirmed that the 6 year old battery was not holding a charge. Checked alternator as well.
15 minutes later we were on our way - even gave us directions back to the turnpike. John and his friendly coworker wished us Happy Holidays and wished us safe travels. Now that is service we have not seen for a long time!
