I had a nightmare situation at a different collision shop and after calling 15 other places asking if they could do supplement repairs I luckily found caliber collision who happily and easily took my car in for repairs. They even helped me transport something to my rental car, replaced windshield wiper, and I just couldn’t be happier with the service they provided me”
“I didn't even know that fixing a bent wheel was possible. The wheels on my Tesla are $1000 each. Ouch! I hit a big pothole and it bent the wheel. I somehow found this place and service and for $127 they were able to fix my wheel. They were very upfront that it may not be fixable but luckily it was. I was so happy.”

“I drove by this place for years assuming it was a distributor only. I was talking to a friend about getting a replacement battery for my wife’s car and he told me he was very happy with the battery he purchased from them. He said they were very friendly, knowledgeable and were more interested in selling you the best battery for your vehicle as opposed to the most expensive option. I stopped yesterday and couldn’t agree more with his assessment. My first stop was to get my truck battery tested. It was dead the previous morning, but I wasn’t sure if it was due to lack of use or a failed battery. The battery is not an Interstate. They tested it and said it is still good and recommended I charge it a bit more and stop back the next time I’m in the area to have it checked again to make sure it’s working as expected. No sales pressure at all. I asked them about replacement options and was told the best battery for my application which was not the most expensive. I felt so good about my experience I drove the truck home and returned my wife’s 4runner in to replace her 9 year old OEM battery. The battery replacement was very quick and the price was fair. I was extra pleased when the car didn’t lose all the radio settings during the replacement process. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to others.”

“I have been going to Michael's for maybe 5 years. When it comes to car repair/ inspections the average person is looking for their car to be fixed/ maintained properly, and at the lowest cost, and they want to feel like they can trust their mechanic. If you feel the same then Michael's is your place. Michael and his guys are thorough and capable and do things right. They will make sure your car is safe and operating properly, but they will be honest and not take advantage of you. There have been times they have checked things for me at no cost, or given me options to make sure I was included in the decision of how to maintain my vehicle. I would highly recommend Michaels Auto.”
