“I cannot say enough good things about the Manager Mike, and the drivers Ed and Vince. We originally got a pack rat container and they totally screwed us over every which way they could. We decided to switch our second container to Pods hoping for a better experience. The pack rat container was so poorly placed the pod couldn’t be delivered. The pack rat container wasn’t picked up when it was supposed to so we couldn’t even get the pod redelivered. So we changed to self load. And as any move goes to crap and has its struggles we just couldn’t get there by 2pm. I called customer service and they said be there by 3pm. Apparently Pods customer service didn’t relay that to the site so when we got there there was no container. Then Ed arrived. I asked him if there was any way to get our container tonight and explained the mix up. He called his manager Mike and he told him to go ahead and set out the container. I don’t know if they were sympathetic to our situation or if they are just genuinely that nice of people or both. But they went above and beyond and I am so incredibly thankful for their whole team. If your even thinking about moving and doing some sort of storage or shipping container, don’t trust a company that has rat in the name. Take it from me. Pods will get any and all of my future business, though I genuinely hope to not be moving anytime soon again.”

We had a small home, and the move was local. Pat came out to do the initial estimate and was in contact the entire time up to moving day (confirming things, double-checking things, etc...). On moving day, Chris (the owner), Pat, and their crew treated our stuff like it was their own. They were meticulous, careful, and efficient. Thanks to them, moving day was the least stressful part of buying a new house.
