Unit ended up being reserved @ wrong location plus a lot of phone tag to complete the rental agreement to which I was told when having issues e-signing, that I needed a laptop or computer (I have neither- use my phone for everything) which was a huge hassle! Upon resolving the issue, I contacted customer Svc & a gentleman named Jon contacted me via txt! He was kind & compassionate to my frustration, confusion & distress! He had helped find a unit in the correct area, refunded pmt frm other unit location, set up new agreement to which I was actually ABLE to sign via mobile w/ no issues & sent me confirmation of every doc for proof. He went above and beyond to resolve our dilemma & helped me regain my sanity through this stressful moving process!! I couldn't thank him enough!! Great job!!”
