“I had a very good experience with the company and specifically Gail. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of my smart spotter, and she was very nice about it and very helpful. She not only held my order on her desk until I was able to contact my daughters coach and find the appropriate size, but she even contacted me the day after I was supposed to contact her and didn't to make sure everything was OK. Very professional and very caring about her customers. I highly recommend this company. They have amazing products an excellent customer service.”
