“Wells Fargo has adapted very good during this unfortunate pandemic. I was able to open an account on my phone in the parking lot, then go through the drive thru to deposit money into the account I just opened. Time is the one thing I do not have enough of. This was very important to me to easily open an account with no hassle and accurately, quickly and a staff that was knowledgable and friendly. This was refreshing.”

“Great experience! This has by far been the best interaction I've had with Wells Fargo. I have not conducted business with this company in over 5 years due to to poor service. I am attending a wedding out of town and needed some cash, contrary to their typically policy, they made change for me even though I am not a customer. It provided a positive impact on my day as I was crunch for time. Big shout out to Service Manager Anthony, not only was he extremely courteous with me, I was able to witness him handle a very busy store, provide training to new employees and effectively deescalate an anxious customer. Teller Elma was polite and efficient in handling my transaction. If Wells Fargo modeled each of their stores after this on in NE Philly, I believe they would greatly increase new business and expand existing. I certainly would consider returning if this proved to be a repeatable experience nationwide.”

“The bankers here are very friendly and helpful. I had to make a payment on a loan for a large amount and they helped me find account since I had set up online long ago with a different branch. They were friendly and helpful and manager Oksana is extremely helpful for helping me with my other business accounts that I will be opening there shortly. “I like the stores, products and selection. I loved that they recently opened one near my office. Staff is always helpful. I don't like that they don't allow two people that don't live together to be on a membership. You have to have the same address. It isn't worth it for me as I live alone and don't need many things in bulk. I hope one day they change that policy. So for now I'll go when I can, on a weekend, with my boyfriend. I do love their rotisserie chicken!”
