“I owe Ivan this review since I was not able to rate my experience on the Turo platform due to time constraints.
We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

“My rating is solely due to the customer service and support received from this specific location. My wife and I had a flight from Miami to Newark that was cancelled. We ended up being put on a flight the very next day, but instead to Newark, they sent us to JFK. We then needed to drive from JFK to the Philadelphia area and for a one day rental, Budget at JFK was charging us a little over $200 which is ridiculous.We then dropped it off at the Street Rd locations and I explained everything that had happened to us up until that point, not only was he sympathetic, but was very supportive. He ended up helping us out and cut out price from a little over $200 to $105. I definitely would recommend this location just for the outstanding customer service.”

“I bought a pre-owned 2019 6 speed manual Ford Mustang from them, they were nice and welcoming and chill. However I do wish that they had disclosed that the rims on the car had curb-rash (online you couldn't tell from the photos, and when I called and asked if there was anything wrong with the car, they did not disclose this). To be fair they did offer to fix it for free with no hassle so not too bad. Other than that Chris who helped me was very nice and helpful! Clean dealership, lots of cars, great car buying experience.”

Don't expect to get anyone to answer the phone; I waited almost an hour on the third attempt just to ask the location of the after-hours key drop. Great pricing for the Fourth of July weekend. I seen another nearby Kia dealer try to mark up the price of all their vehicles by 3k for "market adjustment". None of that BS here!
Also they have the best selection in the area which is why I came here in the first place and whether you're leasing or financing you can basically figure out your approximate payment all on the website. If you're looking for a new Kia definitely come here for a good deal!”

“I recently rented a car from Newtown, PA for a return to a Manhattan NYC branch - unfortunately, there were some issues with the car I picked up from Newtown (no fault of any Enterprise employee or company - the car’s gas cap wouldn’t open so we were unable to fill the gas tank). The employees at the Newtown branch, Megan Durkot and Grace Hardesty, both went above and beyond to help us with this issue, such as calling a Mercedes Benz dealership to help troubleshoot, and ultimately got us quickly on our way with a different car when the issue couldn’t be resolved so we could make it home in time. They were so courteous and had a smile on their faces the entire time they were helping us despite the stressful situation they were dealing with, especially with multiple customers in the branch office at the time.
