“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”

They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond.
