I have been here at this post office maybe 4 times when I have to send a box to my daughter . The last time I was there the lady printed out the tracking receipt and started explaining the tracking number and said , you should know this and I should not have to explain it to you . What ? I never ask her to explain it . I will never go in there again . Very very rude !!!

I’ve worked for USPS so I get having a bad day. But last time I went the lady at the counter was rude and was not gentle with the $300 package I was shipping out.

Out of all the USPS in the area, this is THE BEST! No matter how long the line is, Andrea and Bridget are courteous, kind, and efficient. They should all be like the Trexlertown location. I purposely drive out of my way because I know I will get the best service!

Kind, helpful staff. Saw comments about the tape. I had similar experience in Hawaii. Lady in Hawaii complained but gave me the tape. The environment is so beautiful with the plants, very relaxing. And healthy.

Always good service. Gets busy especially during lunch and close to closing. Leave plenty of time, it’s a smaller branch.

I went to the post office to have an item shipped out and I had no tape to put the address on to the envelope and the worker had told me to bring tape next time you can’t get more ignorant than that she acts like I carry tape with me I didn’t know that I needed to do that so excuse me get better customer service better employees getting rude with A customer over tape is ridiculous never will I go to the post office again!!!

I'm trying to get a live person to find out if a text tracking number is a scam or not but can't get past recording! Phone system is terrible. I need a live person!

I have been coming to this post office for a long time never had any issues. Came in to return a package and ran out of tape while preparing the box in my car.. I figured I go inside and see if they will do me the favor to tape the box. The worker with glasses immediately mentioned the one side not being tapped and I explained I had run out and was hoping they could tape it. She immediately huffed under her breath and had an attitude and then told me with an attitude again that I will have to pay a shipping fee which I was well aware of. After k paid she proceeds to say she will tape it this time but next time it needs to come prepared. For heavens sake it was a quick tape not like I came with a messy in prepared box.. can’t believe she was that miserable over some tape. I was ready to just walk out. Terrible customer service on her part!

Came in to drop off a package for my business that clearly stated handle with care. I gave the package to the employee & left. When I got outside I realized I forgot another package & took the 2nd one in. When I re - entered the store to see the lady working there forcefully throwing my package several feet into a bin. She looked surprised to see me when she turned back around to see my look of disgust at how she was handling someone's mail. I should've just taken the other package with me, but I was in such shock to see someone do what she did. I just left and I can promise I will never use this post office ever again!

All USPS problem. Send Priority mail forc10 days delivery payed $150. And now 1 month , can’t even tracking package ??????very sad it was gift for my new born grandchild and now baby is big. All clothes will be small ????????
