This is the best USPS in the area. The staff is courteous, kind, helpful, efficient, and always in a great mood. The environment is beautiful and relaxing with plants. Service is always excellent and good, though it is a smaller branch that gets busy. Customers go out of their way to visit this location for the best service. It is a favorite post office.

Out of all the USPS in the area, this is THE BEST! No matter how long the line is, Andrea and Bridget are courteous, kind, and efficient. They should all be like the Trexlertown location. I purposely drive out of my way because I know I will get the best service!

Kind, helpful staff. Saw comments about the tape. I had similar experience in Hawaii. Lady in Hawaii complained but gave me the tape. The environment is so beautiful with the plants, very relaxing. And healthy.
