When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. Hannah was my teller today. I think someone may have called out. The woman has the communication skills of a CEO. I want to stay with Citizens due to Hannah and my initial experience getting my 17 yr old's account with Sabina, who has also been so nice over the few years since I started my account, and salvaged from my disappointment of moving to tech, no teller at the grocery store location, by my great, easy, and communicative experience wIth HANNAH. I believe I also saw the old teller from Giant at this branch today, a total sweetheart as well, and wish I had gotten her name to add here. THANK YOU, CITIZEN'S. KEEP HER, OR I'M LEAVING.

The guy in the back, for appointments and accounts is quite friendly. The tellers were fine. Citizen's is almost always a quiet, decent experience. My favorite location before covid and moving was the one in Upper Darby on the edge of Lansdowne. The tellers were so kind and friendly! The best teller in the Norristown area recently got a better job from the one in Giant on Trooper, she was super nice. The guy in the back for that one was great too but they switched staff. The girls there are a bit cold but still very good at their job. No real issues besides once. Way better than a lot of banks. My favorite bank is the PFCU but none in the area. The guy in the little office and the male teller at the one on Main St in the center of town are also great.Every one else is perfectly fine. Not bad, for a bank! I would recommend to the company to hire friendly people, it just makes the day better, therefore customers stay with it.

This location provides great investment and loan advice. Best manager and tellers at any local branch.

First off their phone connection is so bad it can not be used. Secondly, I have been using Citizens for around 35 years. They recently acted like I was a burden when I had a question on my balance. They hate their customers.

My family has banked with Citizens Bank for nearly 20 years – originally because convenient hours and cared about people. No longer the case. My 2 college-age kids have had more fees and trouble with Citizens Bank then there’s digital space to list. They are poor college students that waste time with Citizens bank fighting unnecessary fees. CITIZENS YOU ARE LOSING 2 POTENIAL CUSTOMERS. NO WAIT...MAKE IT 3. ME!!!!

Wonderful ballpark, nice and clean-cut concourses + plenty of unique bars, sweet bullpen views, and overall great sightlines throughout... similar style to many other new-ish parks (Mets, Nats, etc)

This is the absolute worst bank to secure a mortgage. Even though I am a depositor for the past 45 years, have ample savings, significant income this bank waits until the 11th hour to give you the clear to close. They request a lot of information which was all supplied extremely timely (within an hour most times) they hold up the process. The loan officer is rude and inefficient. I chose this bank because they held my current jumbo Mortgage for the past 10+ years and figured this tiny mortgage was a no brainer. Now we are too far into the process to change direction with 24 hours to go. The stress and disregard for their customers is unbelievable. Run don't walk.

Even without bias, I'd still say this is one of the nicest, most relaxing ballparks in the country...... And the BEST food choices!

Such a great place to watch a game! I'm not even a baseball person but this place was clean, offered lots of great food and drinks, wasn't too crowded... I'll definitely be back!

This branch is horrible. Not sure of their hiring process/requirements. Let me tell a story.... I was the victim of ID theft in which another Citizen's branch in Wilmington, DE allowed two people to walk in and withdraw my entire savings account and just walk out the door. My branch manager (Chinelo E) here at this branch on Main Street told me it was a teller error and not to worry about it being fraudulent. Well that wasn't the case at all. After speaking with the fraud dept it was confirmed as theft but Chinelo never called me back to let me know. I mean I guess that's tough when you only work 3 hours a day. She/ Chinelo offered no advice at all. Didn't offer to put a freeze on any of my accounts or report anything to the credit reporting agencies. Didn't offer advice as to file a police report. Absolutely nothing at all. Wasn't her problem which is, I guess is the normal level of customer service nowadays at Citizens Bank. Even when I came in to close all of my accounts with Citizens she didn't even look at me or talk to me. She had one of the other workers there handle this and didn't offer anything to make it right. Took about 3 weeks to get all of my money back after being treated like a piece of trash the entire time by each department. Filed a complaint nothing came of it. Yelpers beware of this branch and Citizens Bank in general. The branch manager is a joke and grossly incompetent in her role and the banking institute itself will treat you as they see you. Like a piece of trash.

Citizens Bank has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They treat their customers like absolute garbage. Several branches have given me a hard time cashing checks written by on their own bank. Another local branch even called the police on me for getting iimpatient despite having broken no laws. 4 times in the past year they have replaced my debit card because of "a possible security breach with a merchant." The first time that happened they sent the replacement card to the wrong address and I couldn't pay for my dinner and I had to sleep outside with several thousand dollars worth of electronics since all the branches were closed and I couldn't access my own money. When I called customer service about it, they said they have the capability of activating my card but they won't because it could possibly damage the banks reputation. When I asked why they didn't call to tell me my card is deactivated, they said that's not their responsibility and not their problem. They wouldn't even apologize or admit they did anything wrong. The media won't report anything about them because it's a conflict of interest because they're advertisers. They also recently charged me a fee for using their own ATM and customer service said they have no way of telling if it's their ATM or not. I could continue writing about all the horrible, terrible experiences I've had with this bank over the years, but there's not enough space on the internet to explain it all. Don't ever do business with them. You'll be sorry.
