“Great gym and great owners. I met Jim Smith over 25 years ago when he worked for another gym. He was always very positive, big smile and never judged or put anyone down. Fast forward now he owns the gym. He loves fitness and helping people change their lifestyle to achieve their goals. Jim is truly one of the most genuine person i have ever met. He is also one of the nicest person i have met. His wife/co-owner is also in that category and they def fit well together. Great gym/cross-fit with lots of experience and knowledge to go around.”

“I've been a member of traditional gyms and just worked out independently, but after college my workout habits became inconsistent and I didn't like the trajectory my health was on when I turned 30 a couple years ago.

I ended up joining Main Line Total Fitness because Ed (owner & trainer) and Tray's (trainer) program for me provided the additional structure and motivation I wanted. They take a whole-body approach to developing a fitness plan and use metrics in addition to weight loss to track your fitness progress. So while I've lost weight following their plan, I've also gotten feedback about how my body fat percentage has decreased and my muscle mass has increased, which has been really motivating for me.

100% love this gym and what Ed has created. I mainly train with Tray who has a lot of knowledge and has tailored my workouts based on his observations and my feedback. My top priority was to regain a consistent routine, and I have because of this program -- I mean, they even offer financial incentives for meeting my program goals -- that's pretty awesome!”

“LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

“Rascals Fitness and the owner, Marc Polignano welcome to me with open arms when Retro Fitness closed in Oaks. I’ve been a fitness instructor and most recently personal trainer part time at Rascals for over three years. He trusted me when I asked him to build a Barre Studio upstairs in the former spin room. When the other gym closed, he was able to purchase barre equipment to be used at Rascals. You will not find a cleaner, more professional, or well-equipped gym with a fully certified fitness staff in Montgomery County! The price is affordable, and all classes are included as well as all gym amenities! Do your body a favor, in 2024 and become a Rascal!”

“I love OTF! When I started, I wasn’t working out at all—and now, 200+ classes later, I feel stronger, more confident, and honestly a surprised at myself for becoming a morning workout person. Grateful for Coach Dre, who brings such positive energy and encouragement to every class. He’s always hyping us up, and today he cheered me on as I picked up heavier weights on the floor, which gave me the motivation to push myself even more. “Was in the area visiting friends and found this CF to drop into. John the owner was super friendly and accommodating! Coaches were awesome! Community was so welcoming. The facility is legit…so many class time options and lots of areas to workout in. They basically have any piece of equipment you can think of. I love my box back home but boy is this a close second! Highly recommend if you are in the area! I would be a member if I lived here and wasn’t just visiting but I will be sure to drop in anytime I am back for a visit!”

“Just took Coach Chloe’s class and it was awesome! Structured, yet easy to follow warm up. She was good about finding appropriate modifications for everyone based on their experience levels and giving corrections as needed. “Love it! I’ve been a member for more than three years and still look forward to going as many times a week as I can make it. Everyone is great, from the front desk to the coaches. The workouts are exciting and the music is always good. I never get bored here, which has been an issue for me in the past. As someone with ADHD, I like the fast pace and have had amazing results. I think that’s part of the reason I have lost interest in other types of workouts over the years. Would highly recommend!”

“Dragon Gym has been a fantastic experience for my son. He's been attending for several years at this point and he has gained so much more than simply learning martial arts.
