“Signed up for a basic cleaning on the website, came in based on reviews and location. Was surprised to find this was a one man operation.Brandon was professional, thorough, and transparent. I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. “On the highway, I picked up a stray bungee cord in my left rear tire, and it came along for the ride, battering the left rear exterior, until I could get stopped, and caused what looked like considerable damage. I called Valley Honda, and Bill and his team quickly scheduled me for an estimate, quickly provided a reasonable estimate, and worked with me to get the vehicle in and repaired according to our schedules. Once I got it to them, the team did a fantastic job doing the repairs (which included parts and paint) in a very short time, and then worked with me, according to my schedule, to get me back in the driver's seat : ) My previously battered vehicle looks new again!”
