“My husband ordered block and gravel for a retaining wall. (After being disconnected from Lowe’s twice , and told by Lowe’s to look up his own item code ?) Keystone Retaining Wall Systems recommended 885 Supply since they were close to his moms address .Cheryl was extremely helpful, friendly , knowledgeable and made the order seamless , especially since he was ordering from out of state . She even looked up the delivery address on Google Earth and advised where they would place the delivered pallets. In this day and age, what an absolute pleasure . Would HIGHLY recommend !!!”

“Greensinner is amazing. They provided the floral arrangements for my mother’s 75th surprise birthday party. From the first moment I spoke with Katlyn, I felt that she understood the experience I envisioned.The floral centerpieces were stunning. But more importantly, they were exactly what I wanted. The colors and the flower choices were perfect and created just for me. And I received many many compliments on them. I highly recommend them!I also requested a photography backdrop. I didn’t know what I wanted nor what I needed. The thoughtful crew created such a memorable backdrop. To hear my mother say “wow this is so beautiful” and ask for a picture in front of it with all my relatives - was the best.Great work Greensinner!”

“I needed masonry sand for a pool install within a day because my pool installers didn’t let me know they were coming out until a day before. PT supply was able to schedule us for the next morning for delivery.Even better yet, my pool installers screwed up scheduling and I actually needed sand on the same day so I called back and PT Supply was able to deliver my sand within 2 hours!Top notch service. I will be calling them to get the stone to put around my pool when it is put up.”

“This is my favorite Home Depot, and it somehow lends itself more to a hometown hardware store than an overwhelming big box warehouse! It is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate to look around. I've always found the staff very helpful. I think the pick up lockers & curbside service are great and you can pre-browse online, order online for free store delivery for pick up. I like that I can get fuel perks by buying Home Depot cards at Get Go which has been helpful during rehab of my house having to buy a lot of building material. I've gotten a lot of great buys here, and the Traffic Master laminate is really good flooring with pricing that almost anyone can afford a new hardwood floor & install it yourself! I had to tear walls out of my dining rm & bought pre fab wainscot for only $16 a piece & it turned out great! No drywalling needed! Was so easy to install! Home Depot is great for DIY & this store is exceptional in my opinion!”
“The grocery pickup is the BEST thing ever!!! I can set up an order, keep adding to it all week, and then pick up my groceries on my way home from work! The people who bring them to my car are always so kind. I don't even have to get out of the car! They just load it all in my trunk!! The only downside is sometimes they don't have what I want. But they do offer substitutions and you don't have to accept them if you don't want to. Overall, it's a great service, and at Walmart, it's FREE!!!!”
“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied. “Had a pickup order that was split into multiple parts (some stuff was in stock in the store, and some was being shipped on separate days through separate shipping services). There was some technical issue that made the items appear as though they'd been picked up when they hadn't. The staff in the customer service counter was able to deal with it all 3 times I was there and were very quick about doing it. I spend all day dealing with technical issues, so I always appreciate what a pain it is and how well they handled it. Great staff”
