Past experiences with this business were so-so. The previous shop manager looks to have been removed and the owner is now running the shop again.
I took the car in for my appt and the owner was unexpectedly late and I did have to sit for a while, but the owner DID get my tint fixed under warranty, and with a smile. Alan also compensated me for my time and frustration, without me asking. This is how you turn a bad situation into a repeat customer. Be cordial, apologetic, and give them a reason to come back. It seems that the tint was previously installed by the employee who no longer works there, and that seems like a good move on the owner's part.”

“Wasnt planning on buying a vehicle, just stopped to look at it ,it caught my eye so I stopped the mileage was unbeatable amd the jeep was emaculate ,so i went back up and put some money down on al 2005 jeep liberty !went to do the deal with Scott Detweiler here to find out the previous owner couldn't find the title but He left us wait till he got the title ! then we finished!
