“We were traveling from Wheeling, WV to Laurel Caverns in PA when we broke down and had to be towed here to Napa for a caliper mounting bolt. We called ahead to see if they had the part and they did. Tim, a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales associate held the part for us. When he saw us getting towed onto their property, he even let us use his personal tools so we could fix our truck on site and continue on with our journey. We highly recommend Napa and especially Tim for their above and beyond professional, kind, and fast services they provide.”

“While it is listed as a body shop, our issue was more mechanical based and the work was done with no issues. Give them a call they may just have the solution to your problem as well.This is a family-run business which actively takes pride in its work and tries to present a finished product to patrons without any additional underlining issues. They take their time to answer all your questions and concerns that you may have with your vehicle. Great location and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is within the area that has problems with their vehicle.”
