“I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out.
