Got numerous tickets for being in a lot I paid for, and on top of that the portal was down for WEEKS, way longer than the period in which you are allowed to give an appeal. And on top of that, as a result of not being able to appeal, they PULLED MY PASS I PAID HUNDREDS FOR. Absolute insanity.

Frustrating. Bought a parking pass early, showed it upon entering venue parking, parked headfirst, and had a ticket when returning to my car. Tried to appeal, using the process Transportation Services gave me, and system won't allow my appeal, again following their process. City Hall wins again.

They make you pay to park and force you to pay on a website and they are all about money I’d like to see where all these tickets and parking fees actually go to I bet it’s not to better anything they are just greedy
