He's thorough, provides excellent communication throughout the repair process, and always does his due diligence to ensure the work is being done properly. “Had a horrible air leak in my truck on the highway, lost all my air in around 15 seconds, barely had time to get on shoulder. Called these guys, showed up in 20 minutes or so. Immediately diagnosed the issue but they didn’t have the part in stock, and none of the Volvo dealerships around had it too( I checked). They found one 1.5 hours away from where I was, jumped in the van and got it before it closed. 15 minutes to install the new part and I’m back on the road. Oh and the price for the service is more than affordable so definitely recommend.”

“My check engine light came on and I noticed my vehicle was jerking and bucking. I called 9 different places and no one helped me. I then called Carlos and he helped me the same day. He swapped out all the spark plugs in my engine and got everything done in about an hour. His pricing is very reasonable and he saved me a lot of time and money.

“When we moved here, a neighbor recommended Superior Auto. That was great advice. They are easy to do business with. They listen, understand what you need, and take care of it. A Car Dealer said I needed a thousand dollars for "routine" maintenance, I took it to Superior. They saw none of it was necessary. They could have ripped me off but were honest. I trust them. Their prices are fair. I've never had any problems. My son now lives in NJ. He comes to Superior Auto for his repairs.”

“I’ve been wrenching my whole life and as much as I enjoy servicing my own vehicles, I don’t have the time. The dealership quoted an astronomical number for my wife’s VW Haldex and Brake Fluid service interval. Since you need the car level for the Haldex, I decided to search out a mechanic specializing in German vehicles. I came across Andy and his team via a Reddit forum. These guys really know their stuff and I couldn’t be happier. Also, how many mechanics call you and say “it’s going to be cheaper than what I quoted you?” Andy does! My wife’s VW switched from a filter based Haldex to a sealed unit mid production year. We both assumed a full filter kit was needed which is more labor intensive and costly from a parts perspective. Andy called me once it was up on the lift to let me know if was sealed and as such, much cheaper to do. He could have charged me the original figure if he wanted (would I have caught it later? Maybe…) and made some extra money one time but instead, he was honest and upfront and now has a customer for life. I look forward to bringing my vehicles here in the future.”
