“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“I reserved a luxury sedan online, and did the pre-booking. Everything seemed so nice and easy until I got a call later in the day saying that they did not have the car that I had already reserved. That was very lame. I still decided to rent a nice SUV, and that went smoothly. A HUGE shout out to Sally at the Washington Street location. She made the pickup and drop-off process super easy. She was very professional and with a smile, she was very knowledgeable, and she took care to provide the best service. She should be a manager, in my opinion. She was just that good. 5 stars to Sally. 3.5 stars to Enterprise as a whole.”
“I had a great experience with this Enterprise location as part of an insurance claim/repair. They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. My time inside the office to complete paperwork was minimal and the car was clean and appropriate to my needs. I would highly recommend!”
“This place took care of me and my Buick after a dude hit my parked car and destroyed its mirror. They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! “It’s very close to the train station where I got off from. The vehicle was very clean and very beautiful ride. The only problem that I had, was that they offered no form of discounts for Military, senior citizens, No, any other discount that I asked for. I found that very unusual. Unless he wasn’t being honest with me. That’s the only reason why they did not get a five star.”

“Very happy with the work I had done. Called in the morning to drop off my car which needed brakes and it was done within 3 hours. As a woman going in there is always that fear you’re going to be bamboozled, but the price was fair to low and there was never a moment I was talked done to. Will definitely go back for any other work.”
